Louva offers boric acid vaginal suppositories designed to support vaginal pH balance. Our products: • Are intended for vaginal use only • Contain 600mg of boric acid per suppository • Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease • Should be used according to package instructions Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any medical condition.
3. Purchase Eligibility

6. Return Policy
We accept returns of eligible products under the following conditions: • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging • For health and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned or refunded • You are responsible for all return shipping costs • Original (outbound) shipping charges are non-refundable To start a return, contact our support team on our website to request return authorization before sending any product back. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, an approved refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Products returned without authorization, or that do not meet the conditions above, may not be eligible for a refund.
7. Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription: • Your payment method will be automatically charged according to the selected frequency • You cannot cancel the following month if under a subscription contract; you must go through 1 cycle before any cancellation processes can be done. This is to prevent those who attempt to take advantage of the subscription discount. • Changes must be made before the next shipment processing date • There are no cancellation penalties
8. Limitation of Liability
Louva will not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Incorrect use of the product • Adverse reactions in sensitive individuals • Website service interruption Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
